These terms and conditions ("Agreement") sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the www.eduvew.com website ("Website" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you" or "your") and this Website operator ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and the Operator, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services. Fees
Eduvew shall charge the fee for the services provided on the website (unless otherwise stated). You accept to pay for services, which are subject to payment, as mentioned therein, before using the services, with the payment mechanism associated with them. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our services using our accepted payment methods. You further undertake not to raise any dispute about the fee charged for the services in any manner whatsoever as you have agreed to the same out of free will and without any undue influence. Eduvew is not responsible for delays or erroneous transactions execution or cancellation of orders due to payment issues. The fee to be charged by Eduvew from users shall be decided solely by Eduvew and the user/s shall have no right/say to interfere in the same. Fees may vary based on your location and other factors, and Eduvew reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting through the relevant Services. The client agrees and acknowledges that the company doesn’t suggest or force any service/product/visa etc. and the pronouncement of a particular service/product/visa etc. is client’s individual decision and cannot be at any time assumed to be a company judgment.
No-refund policy
Eduvew renders services including, but not limited to counselling, assessment tests etc., which act as a bonafide guide to the user and the services are rendered as soon as availed, therefore there is no provision for refund of fee paid by the user/s. The user/s is therefore deemed to have understood and accepted that once the fee is paid to Eduvew as per the services availed, there shall be no refund of the said fee or for service withdrawal or cancellation of services. Eduvew is not a part of any government authority/organization or embassy. We can only assist and advise people who want to travel to their selected country for the sole purpose of higher education. Please note that the final decision on all visa applications rests with the relevant government departments in their respective countries. Our agreements with clients are drawn on the bedrock of trust, sincerity, and security, and each option is spelled out clearly. Our terms are transparent and there is nothing hidden. Eduvew is not responsible for refund of any fees or other amounts/charges that have been paid to any Assessing Bodies, Immigration Authorities, Embassy/Consulate/High Commission in the event of the applicant not getting approval of visa/immigration, or in case of rejection or non acceptance of his/her application at any stage by any respective authority. The registration/processing fees only includes the charges towards the services rendered by Eduvew and does not include any application or assessing fees. The applicant agrees to pay the entire additional fees and all taxes, as applicable during the processing.
Jurisdiction
The parties hereto agree that any matter or issues arising hereunder or any dispute hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. You undertake not to raise challenge to the jurisdiction clause in any manner and accept the jurisdiction of the Courts at Ghaziabad.
Acceptance of these terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services. Eduvew reserves the right to not issue a refund as per our policies and in line with this agreement. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree you will not ask for a charge back under any circumstances.
